30-day return policy
Two weeks aren't enough to get to know your new favorite piece of technology? We think so too. That's why we offer you more than the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. Our extended right of return gives you 30 days to try out your new technology and send it back to us free of charge if you don't like it. - And this is how it works:
You can return products simply by registering them in your customer account online.
- Log in and go to «Orders».
- Find your order and click on «Request return».
- Select reason for return
- Register return
- Stick the return label on the parcel
Please note: This offer is only valid for private customers. You can return your product to us if you bought the product online. Use of the goods within the 30-day return period is limited to checking the properties and functionality. The goods must be in the original packaging and returned including the original delivery contents. Otherwise, the conditions of the statutory right of withdrawal apply.
